Meet Liza
Hi! I’m Liza, your local custom window treatment expert! At Bespoke Home Blinds & Shades, we offer a wide variety of options to add those essential finishing touches to your home. We love making personal connections with our customers, understanding their needs, and finding custom solutions for even the most challenging windows. “Home is where your heart is,” and I’m honored to play a part in making it even more functional and beautiful.
We are based on a “mini farm” in Forsyth County. My husband, Luke, and I built our dream custom home here a few years ago, and that experience inspired me to start Bespoke Home. With a background in event planning and design, plus experience as a product specialist for a major window treatment manufacturer, I have the skills to bring your vision to life. When I’m not flipping through fabrics, I am kept on my toes by our four kids, dog, cats, and chickens! It’s definitely a lively household, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. And if the chickens are laying well, you might even get a complimentary dozen on your installation day!
OUR PROCESS
Getting to know our customers better is our favorite part of the job. We’ll sit down with you to discuss your home’s unique features and needs, allowing us to explore which of the many window treatment solutions might work best depending on function, color, style, and material.
Step 1: Share Your Vision & Project Details
Send us a message or give us a call to chat about your project. All the choices can feel overwhelming, but we are here to help. We will go over different aspects of your project including design wishes and budget goals. Once we have an idea of preliminary project details, we will set up an in-home design consultation where we will continue the conversation in the comfort of your home.
Step 2: Meet with an In-Home Design Consultant
When you meet with an in-home design consultant, we’ll bring hand samples and fabric options so you can see how they will look in your space. We’ll discuss the best solutions and guide you through the decisions for each room. We will look at light filtering and privacy concerns, style preferences, and explore how automation options can enhance the function of everyday living. We will also measure your windows and often be able to provide you with a quote at the initial meeting. Sometimes for larger projects we will reach out with the quote the next day--but we strive to get the process moving quickly for you!
Step 3: Professional Installation
During production, we’ll keep in contact with you to ensure you’re always aware of where we are in the process. We will reach out to schedule your installation at a time convenient to you. When your window treatments are ready, our certified installers will professionally install your window treatments. Once the job is finished, our entire team will review the project to ensure satisfaction!
